No referral needed! South Carolina has direct access laws, which means you can schedule an appointment with us directly without seeing a doctor first. We accept most insurance plans and also offer self-pay options for those who prefer not to use insurance.

Bring your insurance information (if applicable), a list of any medications you're taking, and wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows us to assess your neck and shoulder movement. If you have any imaging results (X-rays, MRIs) related to your neck pain, please bring those as well.

Each session is a full hour of one-on-one time with Dr. Doug Timme. Unlike many PT clinics that double or triple book, you'll have his undivided attention for the entire session, ensuring personalized, hands-on manual therapy and comprehensive care.
